Jose Zed Chierghini

Jose “Zed” Chierighini is a 5th Degree Black Belt under Renzo Gracie, has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 20 years. Zed is originally from Florianopolis, a city on the southern tip of Brazil. He is a five-time Pan American medalist and a 10 time South Brazil Champion.

 

Professor Zed is one of the Senior Instructors at the Renzo Gracie MMA Academy in Middletown, N.Y., he’s also one of the Head Instructors at the N.Y.C. Renzo Gracie Academy.
